My Mission…

… is to help humanity re-member their truth, to serve women in their sovereign birth journey in pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum, and to live life in FLOWW.

I create and hold sacred space through healing, integration, and ceremony so that we may collectively create a new paradigm for future generations and raise our collective consciousness.

My name is Crystal — a trained Spiritual Birthkeeper, Intuitive Healer, Reiki practitioner, lightworker, artist, and mother.

Over the last several years, I have been on my own personal journey toward living in full alignment, healing, and integration, and re-membering who I truly am so I can live this life in divine purpose. Through this journey I have discovered several passions and gifts along the way and am offering two of these magical gifts to our community: healing and sovereign birthwork.

In 2023, I was drawn to study Reiki and began my self-Reiki practice, working with universal life force energy to calm my nervous system, realign my chakras, and heal all parts within. Continuing my journey of learning different healing modalities, in 2024 I completed an intensive Intuitive Healing program where I learned applied kinesiology (muscle testing), energetic balancing techniques, specific meditations, and a variety of other techniques to support healing across many levels. In 2025, I obtained my Reiki Level 2 certification, deepening and strengthening my practice of this beautiful energy.

In both my intuitive healing and Reiki sessions, I offer a space for all to journey within — supporting your path to wholeness and re-membering who you are. Rooted in divine truth and ancient wisdom that calls your soul’s purpose forward, this process supports you to become connected and grounded in alignment with your true self, moving through life in FLOWW.

My journey into birthwork began with the births of my own children — profound initiations that awakened me to the transformative power of birth and motherhood. Through these experiences, I discovered a calling to walk alongside other women during this sacred time in their lives, offering guidance, wisdom, and ceremony. In 2024, I enrolled in the MatriBirth Midwifery Program through Freebirth Society, where I gained embodied knowledge of birth as a primal, intuitive, and sacred process. I learned how to show up clean and hold energetic space for women to give birth in their power at home. With the wild wisdom I have reclaimed, I hold space for women to remember their omniscient power, re-member their inner wisdom, and align with the higher consciousness that FLOWWs through the experience of birth.

In birthwork, I offer support, guidance, and knowledge to families who are curious about what freebirth and sovereign birth are, and how perfectly our human bodies are designed to give birth safely. I hold space for families in person as a birth witness, providing prenatal support, postpartum care, and birth-sharing sessions to support full integration of oneself in this lifetime.
