My name is Crystal. I am a Spiritual Birthkeeper, Intuitive Healer, Reiki Practitioner, water ceremony guide, lightworker, artist, and mother. My path has been one of remembering—of returning to my truth, healing deeply, and aligning with the work I was always meant to do. Every experience has guided me back to living and serving from a place of presence, purpose, and devotion.

Over the past several years, I have awakened to the gifts I now share through healing, water ceremony, and sovereign birthwork. In 2023, I was called to Reiki and began a personal practice that became a profound source of restoration, helping to regulate my nervous system, restore energetic balance, and deepen my connection to myself. In 2024, I completed an intensive Intuitive Healing program where I studied applied kinesiology, energetic balancing, meditation, and holistic healing techniques that now allow me to support others in reconnecting with their own innate wisdom and capacity to heal. In 2025, I completed my Reiki Level II certification, further expanding my ability to facilitate healing with intention and presence.

Alongside this journey, I found myself continually being drawn to water—not simply as an element, but as a living teacher, healer, and sacred intelligence. Through my own healing, I came to experience water as a space of remembrance: a place where the body softens, the nervous system settles, emotions move, and the soul reconnects with its natural rhythm. This relationship has inspired the ceremonial offerings I now facilitate, where water becomes a sacred vessel for reflection, release, restoration, and renewal. Whether through ritual foot baths, blessing ceremonies, or immersive healing experiences, I hold space for others to reconnect with themselves through the wisdom and medicine of water.

My journey into birthwork began with the births of my own children—sacred initiations that transformed not only how I understood birth, but how I understood myself. Those experiences awakened a profound reverence for the intuitive intelligence of the body and the deeply transformative nature of physiological birth. In 2024, I completed the MatriBirth Midwifery program through Free Birth Society, where I learned to hold grounded, respectful space for women and families as they move through birth with trust in their bodies, their instincts, and the timeless wisdom that has always lived within them.

Today, I offer heart-centered healing sessions, sacred water ceremonies, and sovereign birth support for women and families seeking to reconnect with themselves on every level—body, mind, and spirit. My intention is not to lead your journey, but to walk beside you, holding space with compassion, reverence, and presence as you remember your own inner knowing, reclaim your sovereignty, and return to the natural flow of who you are.
